Uniform Policy

Our objective is to enable all employees to project a professional image that is in line with the expectations of our customers, clients, colleagues and parents. Employees who have been provided with a uniform as part of their role are expected to wear that uniform at all times during work hours and when representing KidsCo, and keep the uniform in good condition. At the end of employment, employees who were provided with a uniform must return the uniform within a reasonable timeframe after the end of their employment. If a uniform is not returned, this may result in KidsCo deducting the cost of the uniform and any monies outstanding in the final pay. Employees should also consider the appropriateness of their attire in the context of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS). If an employee’s role requires them to be outdoors, they must wear a hat and sunscreen to model appropriate behaviour and sun smart practices.
